What we collect. When you apply as a host or enquire as a brand, we store what you put in the form: your name, email, phone if given, TikTok handle, location, categories, availability and anything you add. Submissions are stored in our database hosted on Cloudflare.
Why. To review host applications, including watching the public lives and replays you point us to, to send you updates on your application and shift offers, and to respond to brand enquiries and quote for work. We send email through Resend.
Where it lives. In our database and email. We don't sell it. Approved hosts appear on a roster that sellers with an access code can browse. That roster shows your first name, region, categories, availability and a short bio we write with you. It never shows your surname, email, phone or TikTok handle; those are only shared with a brand once you've agreed to a booking.
How long. Unsuccessful applications and enquiries are deleted within 12 months. Active host and brand records are kept for as long as we work together and for 6 years after for tax records.
Your rights. You can ask us what we hold, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Email hello@hostsforhire.co.uk.
Cookies. This site sets none. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which may log your IP address.
