For shops & sellers · UK

More live hours, no new hires.

Vetted freelance hosts who know TikTok Shop, scheduled around your stock and your calendar. You keep your account, your pricing and your fulfilment. We supply the people on screen, and we're upfront about which parts of this are people and which parts are software.

Who this is for

You know live sells. You just can't be live enough.

The founder-host

You've been streaming yourself and it works, but you can't do 30 hours a week and run the business.

The growing shop

You've got stock and a TikTok Shop that converts. You want evenings and weekends covered without a payroll hire.

The seller going live for the first time

You're on TikTok Shop but have never gone live. You want someone who knows the format to run it properly from day one.

Studio or remote

Where the streams run is your call.

In your studio. Hosts come to you and go live with your full range in hand. We source hosts physically near you, which takes longer and costs more, but nothing beats having the stock on the table.

From a host's home. You ship a sample box, the host goes live from their own setup, and we can draw on hosts anywhere in the UK. Faster to start and the lower-cost option.

Either way the stream runs on your TikTok Shop account, with a producer on the line and a run-sheet agreed in advance.

What we don't do

Your shop stays yours.

  • We never stream from our own accounts for you. Every live is on your TikTok Shop, so the followers and the data are yours.
  • We don't run your ads, set your prices or touch fulfilment.
  • We only ask for read-only analytics access to your Seller Center, so we can both see the same sales numbers. Nothing else.
  • We don't lock you in. Rolling monthly, a month's notice.

TikTok Shop first. eBay Live and Whatnot on request.

How it actually runs

What's software, what's people, what's still being built.

Most agencies describe this list as if a team of producers does all of it by hand. Here's the honest version of each line, so you know what you're paying for.

Hosts matched on category, tone and audience

People + software

Our database holds every host's categories, location, home or studio, rating and the tags we set after watching their lives. It filters the candidates. A person picks the final two or three for you, and you meet them on a short call or an intro video before anyone goes live.

A weekly schedule around your stock drops

People today, software soon

Hosts keep their availability on their own account. Today we build your week by hand around it and your calendar, then send each shift as an offer through the system, which hosts accept on their phones. Self-serve scheduling, where you set the slots you want and the week proposes itself, is being built.

Run-sheet, deal plan and flash-sale timing

Template + people

Timing comes from a template for your category and stream length: product blocks, when the flash deal drops, when the link gets repeated. What to discount and how deep is always your decision. Talking points are drafted from your product list and checked by a producer before the stream.

Producer support during the stream

People

This one doesn't automate and we won't pretend it does. A human is on the line with the host, watching the chat and the numbers. As standard, one producer covers up to three streams at once. A dedicated producer for every stream is an add-on.

Weekly report: hours, sales, viewers, top products

Software

Numbers come from two places: the host logs sales and viewers at the end of every stream, and we read the same figures in your Seller Center. Your roster login shows hours and sales as streams complete. The Monday email with week-on-week changes and suggested slot moves is being built; until then it's a short note from us.

Host contracts, pay and cover

Software, people on exceptions

Hosts accept their terms on their own account. Pay is computed per completed stream, so nobody is chasing invoices. If a host drops out, the next matched host with that availability is offered the shift; if nobody accepts within a few hours, a person steps in. You see none of this, which is the point.

Pricing

Two numbers. Both on the quote, both on every statement.

We charge an hourly rate for the live hours you book, billed as a monthly block, plus a single-digit share of the sales made during our hosts' streams. We contract and pay the hosts, including their commission, which comes out of our share rather than on top of it. One invoice a month.

1 · Hourly block

Pay for hours, not headcount

A monthly block of live hours at an hourly rate. Minimum 10 hours a week, because below that hosts never become regulars and nobody sees results. Rolling monthly, a month's notice to stop or change.

2 · Share of live sales

We win when you win

A single-digit percentage of sales made during streams our hosts run. Lower than you'd pay a creator affiliate, and it covers the host's own commission once they're a regular on your account.

Studio surcharge

Hosts come to you

In-studio streams carry a higher hourly rate, because sourcing hosts near you and getting them there is real work. The sales share is the same.

How we measure sales

You never pay on a number you can't see. Two sources, reconciled on your statement: the host logs sales and viewers at the end of every stream in their account, and we read the LIVE session figures in your Seller Center through a view-only staff login that you control. If they ever disagree, your Seller Center figure wins.

We're pricing with our first sellers now and will publish the rates here once they've settled. Tell us your category, hours and location and you'll have both numbers within two working days.
